The structure of the building includes a sophisticated exterior facade made of pre-cast compression, EIFS, granite and compound metal panels. 09/02/2004 The Build Boston trade show
Vadim Niyazov has just come back from the Build Boston trade show which is always remarkable for great variety of offerings. Tens of thousands of designers, owners, contractors and architects visited this trade show which had more than 300 exhibits of building technologies, and products in the exhibition hall. During the Build Boston trade show lots of workshops on building science and use of new building technologies were held. They were sponsored by BSA. Special attention was paid to the environmental design and LEED Specifications there. Having visited this seminar Vadim Niyazov, a co-owner of the Favorite Building Construction Company, said "I believe a good architect always has to learn if he wants to be successful. And without doubt our company will continue its activity concerning environmental design. Over last three years our construction and especially single-family housing were strong. This trade show helped us to take a look into our future and we realized it is time to change our basic building model."

08/30/2005 Will the prices on real estate turn downward?
Today experts at housing market are debating heatedly. David Lereah, representative of the Realtors National Association says there is a pick of sales activity at the market now. But he forgets to say us about so-called "bubble scenario". According to the Association reports single-family sales went down on 5.6 % in the Chicago area last month. But the Commerce confirmed the sales in Midwest were down 7.7 %. Real estate agents of Chicago-area say there are still lots of buying activity. So, we ask ourselves is a Great Housing marathon over? Now the company is working on the project for Safe Homes. It has received some materials from the partners. Among them there are “WinGuard” impact-proof windows that are made of the flexible plastic sandwiched between glass panes and impact-proof doors. If wind-borne debris things break glass laminate, window glass stays in the frame keeping out destructive winds that can take off the roof. The walls of the houses will be made of mix-in-situ concrete.
